Business Survey Papers: Articles contributed by leading industrial organizations that might advocate near-term and practical problems that can make important contributions to the practical knowledge base.
Webinars: industry participants as well as engineers and scientists are by known routinely participating in web-based seminars, streamed video presentations, supporting lifelong/continuing education.
Chat Rooms: web based chats effectively promote collaboration and discussions among geographically separated participants.
In addition, periodically, leading researchers may be invited to set up predetermined chat sessions. This will allow other researchers, especially junior researchers, to interact in an informal manner with practically no overhead in terms of time or cost.
